Connecting to nature helps decrease stress.
About the Event
Many of us find ourselves in caregiving roles, supporting the needs of family members and friends. Caregiving can quickly consume our time, energy, and our emotional reserves, often leading to being overwhelmed and burned out.
In this workshop, we will explore:
- Identifying signs of a caregiver being overwhelmed and stressed.
- Easy strategies to create and implement effective self-care routines.
- Community resources to support caregivers.
Kelly Dwyer, founder of Nature Education Opportunities, is an award-winning environmental educator and certified NH elementary teacher. As a certified wellness coach, Kelly also understands the benefits of connecting with the natural world to reduce stress, improve health and embrace a more mindful approach to life.
