Are you a family caregiver in need of a break? Treat yourself to a rejuvenating program designed just for you! Our event offers a perfect blend of relaxation, inspiration, and reflection.

You will:

· Enjoy a heartwarming film screening of The Hidden Power of Purpose.

· Be inspired by family caregiver and motivational speaker, Lily Liu.

· Unwind with deep breathing and chair yoga exercises, creative activities, and mindful reflections.

· Connect with fellow caregivers, share your experiences, and leave feeling refreshed and empowered.

We know caregivers are busy, so feel free to drop in for part or all of the program. Dinner is provided, and space is limited. Pre-registration is required.
