Wondering how to meal prep but don’t know where to start? It's time to create better mealtime habits! The dinner table is a sacred place for families to come together. Eating meals together means better relationships, healthier food choices, and saving money among many other great benefits. Meal prep is all about transforming simple ingredients into dishes that taste different from each other, so weeknight meals stay exciting. In this workshop we will demo some easy meal prep ideas, and you’ll learn tips and tricks to help you get meals on the table quicker. We made Quinoa the star of our meals in the Curried Quinoa session on 10/1/25. We will now make Mexican Quinoa Bowls in this session on 10/8/25 and an Overnight Oats & DIY Oatmeal Breakfast Bar in the following session on 10/15/25.
