AARP Los Angeles, CA Soul Steppers Walking Group 9/24/24

Join AARP Los Angeles and the L.A. Soul Steppers for a fun and free walk. The low-impact workout session is held from 8:00 am to 9:00 am at the Crenshaw Family YMCA (3820 Santa Rosalia Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90008). Parking is available   in a gated lot on the west side of the Y and on Santa Rosalia Drive on the Kaiser side of the street.

The group will be welcomed and led through stretching techniques before and after the workout. Enjoy fun giveaways, special music mixes and celebrations.

Each person entering the facility will need to complete a waiver for the YMCA.  A link to the electronic waiver will be included in the confirmation email for those who have not completed one previously. Make sure to complete the waiver electronically.

Please plan to arrive starting at 7:45am so we can ensure a smooth process for registration.
