Join AARP Los Angeles and the L.A. Soul Steppers for a fun and free walk. The low-impact workout session is held from 8:00 am to 9:00 am at Baldwin Hills Crenshaw (3650 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd 2nd level parking structure entrance near TJ Maxx). The group will be welcomed and led through stretching techniques before and after the workout. Enjoy fun giveaways, special music mixes and celebrations.
In order to participate in each session we are asking that everyone arrive no later than 8:07am to participate in the warm up.
