Artist Bio: Beatriz Chachamovits, an environmental artist and educator from São Paulo, Brazil, currently resides and works in Miami, Florida. Her work brings attention to the decline of coral reef ecosystems and humanity's role in their degradation. Through ceramic sculptures and drawings, Beatriz highlights the unique shapes, forms, and textures of the underwater world. She is the author and illustrator of The Little Handbook of Marine Fishes and Other Aquatic Marvels.
