About the Event
Take a 30-minute timeout for this online yoga class and get moving! Put on your stretchy clothes and get ready to participate as instructor Becca Impello leads us in a variety of mindful yoga movements ranging from easeful chair stretches to floor exercises that may require a little more effort.
Practicing mindful movement -- paying attention as you move to what’s going on in your body -- can help you ease tension, find calm in stressful situations and enjoy feelings of well-being. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
