The final session of our wellness journey uses the spinning seeds of the maple tree - samaras - as inspiration for embracing change with winter approaching.

Discover action steps you can take to heal by connecting to nature and tapping into your creative energies.
Session #4: Spinning into Winter Wellness: Samaras will help you prepare for winter by drawing inspiration from samaras, the whimsical spinning seeds of maple trees. Following the fascinating journey of samaras as they spin out of control, we’ll explore how to embrace change and plan for the colder season ahead.
Danette will share practical tips for staying active and healthy during the winter, invigorated to maintain social connections, develop a winter checklist, and get pumped for new hobbies and activities. Let the spinning samaras remind us that we can navigate winter with wonder and enthusiasm! Remember to bring your journal or a notebook and pen or pencil.
