Spend a few quiet minutes in a guided meditation with AARP, cultivating a state of calm and relaxation and clearing your mind.

About the Event

Take 10 minutes to clear your mind, relax and settle into whatever lies in front of you. Each Wednesday morning, join us to practice a simple guided meditation led by Dr. Louisa Slowiaczek, professor of psychology emerita at Bowdoin College. Everyone can use a few moments of mindfulness and peace during the week to release stress, refocus and recharge!

How to Join
