About the Event
The virtual “Boost Your Brain and Body” series, presented by Body & Brain Yoga and Health Centers Inc., explores how what’s good for the body is good for the brain in a 45-minute presentation followed by 15 minutes of Q&A.
In recognition of National Immunization Awareness Month, we’ll explore 5 Exercises for Boosting Immunity. Get an introduction to simple practices such as breathing, meditation and Kigong that can help strengthen our natural healing capabilities and support immunity. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
