Join AARP-VI for Zumba Gold every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:00 pm AST. Enjoy lower-intensity Zumba, perfect for older adults, with great music and local VI calypso.

Join AARP-VI for Zumba Gold Classes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:00 pm Atlantic Standard Time. Zumba Gold is designed for older adults with the same choreography as regular Zumba through easy-to-follow, lower-intensity exercises. The workouts provide balance, range of motion, and coordination that can also be done sitting on a chair. Come out and dance as you get fit to great music, including many latest hits and our local VI Calypso. Participation in these classes is at your own risk. Consult a practitioner before you begin an exercise program.
